4. Application
This product is one of the basic raw materials of organic fluorine industry. It can be used as a comonomer of various fluoropolymers and as an intermediate of various fluorine-containing organic compounds. Mainly used for: production of new generation refrigerant R1234yf; production of fire extinguishing agent HFC-227ea; production of F26, F246 fluorine rubber; production of F46; production of fluorine-containing surfactants, fluorine-containing pharmaceutical intermediates and fluorine-containing fine chemicals such as fluoroether.
5. Packaging and storage
This product should use special steel cylinders. The cylinder used for heavy duty is coated with silver gray, and the outer wall of the cylinder is stamped with steel. Non-reusable cylinders are painted green. The outer wall of the cylinder is marked with black paint to indicate the product name and tare weight. The filling factor of the cylinder is not more than 1.06 kg/L. After the cylinder valve is closed, the cylinder cap is closed to prevent leakage. For re-used cylinders, a positive pressure should be maintained in the cylinder after use.
This product should be protected from drastic shocks during transportation, avoiding sun and rain, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China on railway and road transportation.
This product should be stored in a clean, dry, cool place, not near the heat source, and it is strictly prohibited to be exposed to the sun and rain.
Packing specification: 800 kg/800 L, 1000 kg/1000 L cylinder or transport tank.
6. Precautions
This product is a non-combustible gas. The cylinder containing the product is a pressurized container. In case of high heat, the pressure inside the container increases, and there is a danger of cracking and explosion.
When it comes into contact with the skin, it is easy to cause frostbite. If the eyes are in contact, rinse with running water or saline and seek medical advice.
