4. Product performance
Perfluoropolyether synthetic lubricants are liquid at room temperature and have been used as lubricants for space machinery components for decades. The perfluoropolyether lubricant is similar in molecular structure to the hydrocarbon lubricant except that in the perfluoropolyether molecule, the fluorine atom replaces the hydrogen atom, thereby replacing the CH bond with a stronger CF bond, so that the perfluoropolyether has Higher thermal stability, oxidative stability, good chemical inertness and insulation. The higher molecular weight perfluoropolyether also has low volatility, a wide temperature range, and excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics.
5. Application
In the aerospace industry, due to the wide liquid temperature range, low volatility, static viscosity, very low vapor pressure, low flow temperature and good high temperature lubricity of PFPEs, it is considered to meet future aviation turbine engines. The ideal lubricant for work is preferred.
It is suitable for the lubrication of mechanical vacuum pumps in various semiconductor integrated block production processes such as plasma etching, chemical vapor deposition and ion implantation in the electronics industry.
It is used as a working medium for vacuum pumps in the chemical industry and as a lubricant for compressors and valves that contact liquid oxygen, oxygen, corrosive and oxidizing gases.
6. Packaging and storage
a. This product is sealed in PE plastic drums, 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg per barrel, or according to customer requirements.
b. This product is transported as non-dangerous liquids, avoiding sun and rain during transportation.
c. To avoid mixing with other oils during storage, seal and dry for long-term storage, and avoid contact with Lewis acid such as AlCl3 .
